These terms describe the version 1 Founder offer and the responsibilities that remain with each customer.

TunnelGPT is independent software and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI.
Version 1 Perpetual License
The Founder offer is $27 USD as a one-time payment for a Perpetual License covering TunnelGPT major version 1. It is not a subscription and it does not include future major versions.
The license remains subject to the device and account limits shown at checkout. Applicable statutory rights and the checkout refund policy remain part of the purchase terms.
Free Windows price reservation
Joining the Windows list reserves the $27 USD launch price for a Version 1 Perpetual License. No payment, card, account or commitment to buy is required. Existing Windows list subscribers receive the same offer. Additional paid plugins are separate and applicable taxes are calculated at purchase.
We will notify you when Windows is available so you can decide whether to buy. There is no confirmed release date. A reservation is not an activated software licence. Cancel at privacy@tunnelgpt.com.
14-calendar-day refund policy
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from purchase by contacting support@tunnelgpt.com. We verify requests against the original order and apply any mandatory statutory rights that also apply.
One-time connected-use trial
The trial provides 3 free days of unlimited TunnelGPT use, lasting 72 consecutive hours after the first successful tunnel connection. The window continues while disconnected and cannot be paused. ChatGPT access and usage limits depend on your OpenAI account. The trial is available once per authenticated customer and product.
Customer-owned OpenAI access
You create and control your OpenAI Platform credentials, organization roles, Secure MCP Tunnels and ChatGPT app configuration in your own account. TunnelGPT does not create or own those authorities for you.
Your use of OpenAI and any related charges remains governed by your agreement with OpenAI. Third-party availability and interfaces can change independently of TunnelGPT.
